As a service we stamp or cut on a Laser maschines. We bend thin metal sheet made from aluminium, steel and stainless steel. In addition we mill aluminium and plastic parts.
With a high standard machinery equipment we guarantee both a high degree of quality and economic viability. Our machinery is based on automated production sequences, e.g. PLC sheet metal punching and PLC bending and high speed cutting machines.
We transfer your CAD data in our CAD system which is linked to our PLC programming software. We have shortcut data transfer to accelerate the work flow and to achieve a short lead time. Data transfer with the following CAD data extensions: MI, BDL, DXF, DWG, IGES, STEP.

We have installed several TRUMPF sheet metal punching machines and bending machines which can process thin metal sheets from 0,5mm up to 4,0mm.
The additional technologies are fastener inserter presses, spot welding, MIG/TIG welding , electrical resistance welding. Aluminium parts are drilled, milled and threaded.
To meet all of your requirements regarding form shaping and surface treatment we work together with reliable, associated companies in our area. You need only one contact person to get the full range of surface treatment such as powder coating, varnishing, zinc plating, anodising and clear chromating. Your artwork can be created by engraving, silkscreening above or underneath the anodise layer or a Laser beam.

We produce to orders or you can call off by KANBAN the parts or units which we produce on frame contract basis. We dispatch to your site or to your customer’s and we deliver Just In Time.
